Reviews and Ratings
Waking up to the stunning view of Lake Garda was unforgettable. The hotel's marble floors and ideal location by the lake shore made it a perfect retreat. However, the service lacked warmth and friendliness, and the veggie options were limited. Despite this, the value for money and surroundings were excellent.
Waking up to the fantastic mountain and lake view from the spotless, fairly spacious room with a large balcony was a highlight. The cupboard storage was ample, and the bathroom was a good size. The bar staff were amazing, always attentive and pleasant; however, the manager's demeanor was off-putting. The hotel's excellent location offers beautiful views of Lake Garda and convenient access to evening walks. The dining experience, though with more selection, lacked organization. The facilities were to a high standard.
Waking up or retiring to the fantastic view over the Lake from our comfortable room with air conditioning was a real treat. Ideal for lakeside walks. The beautiful marble floors and stairs added to the charm, although the mountain view was also a highlight. However, the service was marred by rude and disapproving behavior from most staff members, except for the seemingly surly and intimidating manager. The location was a bonus, better than other options in the area, with well-maintained surroundings and a very nice atmosphere. Dining experience was slightly chaotic at times but offered a wide variety of choices. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives.
I had a truly delightful stay at the hotel with its excellent rear rooms featuring a balcony perfect for enjoying sunsets. The quiet ambiance was ideal, although the front rooms facing the lake did have some noise from the nearby road. The room had everything I needed including toiletries, a fridge, air conditioning, a hairdryer, and a TV.
The hotel room was small and uncomfortable, but at least it had air conditioning and a lovely lake view from the balcony. The service was generally helpful and friendly, although the manager lacked interpersonal skills. The location was fantastic, situated right next to Lake Garda with easy bus links to explore the area. The dining experience was a bit chaotic with queues and limited food choices. Despite these drawbacks, the facilities were well-maintained and offered good value.
